§1. General provisions

§2. Payments

1. SMS and transfer payments are operated by company CashBill S.A. 41-300 Dąbrowa Górnicza, Tadeusza Rejtana 20, KRS 0000323297, https://cashbill.pl
2. In the case of SMS or transfer payments problems, complaints can be reported on company's webstie CashBill.
3. SMS service complaints must contain phone number and approximate service activation date, whereas transfer payment complaints must containt ID (code sent to customer's e-mail).

§3. Terms of use

1. Webstore owner does not bear responsibility for errors in the customer's use of store.
2. In the case of being banned on a server, the customer is not entitled to a cost refund.
